Obligation is a non-verbal fantasy, which mixes clown, dance, movement, and object manipulation in the manner of a new circus.

Inspired by "The Madwoman of Chaillot," the visionary drama of Jean Giradoux, Obligation pits one lone woman against mass evil.  It is a variation on the theme of the eternal conflict between two worlds - the world of freedom, imagination and innocence and the world of grayness and hopelessness, which distances us from the happy and healthy life.

About the dilemma: do we have the right to interfere? Does Man have the right to fight for his dreams and does he have the right to have them at all in this world (without being a child, a madman or a drunkard)? Not only does he have, but it is also his Obligation, we think.
