Rummi-Crew: THE FOUNDATIONS OF CHINESE POLE AND HAND BALANCING

The workshop is intended for people who would like to get to know one or both disciplines. It  is open to all levels.

Equipment needed for the chinese pole: old jeans, shoes with rubber (like Vans or Converse), sweatshirt with no zipper 

Rummi-Crew is an international collective of young circus artists who met at the Instituto Nacional de Artes do Circo (Portugal). They are Tjaša Dobravec, Luca Paties Moreira and Corey Leighton. Their art is made up of various circus techniques, from gymnastics to Chinese poles to equilibrium, and makes use of a wide range of expressive forms: from pure theatre to purely intimate recounting of their personal experiences.
